Timothy (Tim) Grimshaw

Timothy Grimshaw passed away on Thursday, July 29, 2021. He was 44.

Tim was born on July 5, 1977, to David and the late Lois Grimshaw. He graduated from Vassar High School and worked at Central Shop Rite for 10 years on the night shift as a stocking supervisor. Tim had many hobbies but some of those included playing golf, and softball. He loved the Detroit Tigers and U of M Football. He could always be found at his favorite restaurant Buffalo Wild wings. Most of all Tim loved spending time with his family. Tim was loved by so many and will be missed dearly.

Tim is forever loved by his father David Grimshaw. His brothers and sisters; Melissa (Gerald) Cunningham, Jessica Sexton, and David C. Special friend Mike and Rachel Holman. As well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. Tim is preceded in death by his mother Lois and Brother Jason Roles as well as other family members.

The family would like to give a special thank you to the U of M Hospital Staff for all their help these past few weeks.

Friends are invited to gather for a time of visiting at Hanlin Funeral Home on Friday, August 6, 2021, from 12:00 to 8:00 p.m. The celebration of life will be on Saturday, August 7, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at the Vassar First Baptist Church [5880 W. Frankenmuth Rd] with a time of visiting before starting at 9:00 a.m. with burial at Vassar Riverside Cemetery to follow. In lieu of flowers the family has asked you make a memorial contribution to a charity of your choice.
