Sharon Calcaterra

Sharon L. Calcaterra passed away on December 30, 2020. She was 77.

Sharon was born on March 17, 1943 to the late John and Catherine Jackman. Sharon worked in the insurance industry until her most important job in life which was being a mother.  Sharon devoted herself to raising her four children in their Millington home.  Sharon was a huge Detroit Red Wings fan. She was known for her love for everyone and her positive daily Facebook post which she always captioned "Good Morning Dear Ones"  "Good Night Dear Ones".  Those will be missed by so many.  Sharon loved nature, life and most of all her family.

Sharon will forever be loved by her children, but as much as her children loved her, she always loved them more; Scott (Rhynaie) Mull, Daniel (Gail) Calcaterra, Kathy (Mike) Jones, and Terry Ann Comstock. Her seven grandchildren; Ramanda, Austin, Zakary, Troy, Ryan, Nathan,and Brandon and one great grandchild Khimari. Her brother Bud. As well as several sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews, extended friends and family. Sharon is preceded in death by parents, her late husband Lawrence, her sister Shirley and her brother Sonny.

At this time the family has honored Sharon's wish and cremation has taken place and there will be a service at a later date.
