Robert (Bob) Farnham

Robert E. (Bob) Farnham of Vassar, Michigan passed away Wednesday August 24, 2022, at the age of 84.

Bob was born April 7, 1938, in Clifford, Michigan to the late Louis & Eleanor (Knaggs) Farnham. Bob served our country in the US-Army. On June 25, 1960, he married Norma Dickerson, and together they have celebrated 62 years of marriage.  Employed with AC/Spark Plug of General Motors Bob retired from shipping & receiving after 30 years of service. Just recently Bob was honored by the Vassar United Methodist Church for his 62 years as a member.  Hunting, fishing, and camping were some of Bob’s favorite events in life, along with cheering on his favorite team, the Detroit Lions. However, his greatest joy was his family, the grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Bob leaves to cherish his memory wife Norma, and their three children; Kimberly (JP.) Gavin, Robert L. Farnham, and Kathy (Scott) Brow. Grandchildren; Ryan (Alissa) Hebert, Matt (Catie) Deiss, Aaron Brow, Megan Brow, and Matthew Farnham, nine great grandchildren, two brothers, one sister, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Besides his parents, Bob is preceded in death by his granddaughter, Kara Hebert Deiss.

In keeping with Bob’s wish, cremation has taken place, and no additional services are planned.
