Price Simon

Price L. Simon life time resident of Arbela Twp and Millington passed away suddenly at his residence on December 29, 2013, Price was 52.

Born on February 1, 1961 in Flint, Michigan Price was the son of the Presley Edward & Margaret (Atkin) Simon. Price graduated from Millington High School. After school he went into business with his dad and brother Steve to form the Simon Grocery Warehouse and Variety Store in Arbela Township. Price was dedicated to the business, he loved working in the family business and worked hard with his brother in the day to operation of the business. The long hard hours never bothered Price. Price loved working out at the Gym, and watching the deer and other wildlife across the road on the family property.

Price leaves to cherish his memory his significant other Lily Lobaton, and daughter baby girl Yokarie, his mom Mrs. Margaret Simon, his siblings, Marion & husband Randy Poe, Daniel & wife Yvonne Simon, Alma & husband John Simpkins, David & wife Cindy Simon, Linda & husband Ray Benson, Edward & wife Heather Simon, Susan & husband Ken Meharg, and Steve & wife Georgia Simon. Price leaves also several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. Price is preceded in death by his father Presley, (Ed) Simon in March of 2009.

Funeral serviceswere held on Saturday January 4, 2014 At the Hanlin Funeral Home in Millington. A private burial followed at the Gunnell Cemetery in Arbela Twp., in Millington Michigan.
