Phyllis Van Zandt

Phyllis Van Zandt passed away on Saturday July 3, 2021. She was 89.

Phyllis was born on December 10, 1931. Her parents were Harold and Florence Hock. Phyllis married Harold Van Zandt on September 17, 1954. Together they celebrated 66 years of marriage. They had Four children together Joseph, Patricia, Pamela, and Debbie. Phyllis was a stay-at-home mom and sold Avon for 20 plus years. She loved to make ceramics, crocheting, knitting, sewing, and playing cards. Most importantly liked to spend time with her family. She will be dearly missed by so many.

Phyllis is forever loved by her husband, Harold. Her four children; Joseph (Linda) Van Zandt, Patricia Van Zandt, Pamela Kelley (Daryl), and Debbie Phelps (Jimmy). Her six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Her sisters; Sally Hall, Neta Macaig, Edna Yacks, Noma Brown, Onalee Williams. Dear friends Lesa and Nick, Judy, and Larry. As well as several nieces, nephews, and many friends. Phyllis is preceded in death by her twin brother Phillip and brother David Hock.

The family would like to invite friends to Hanlin Funeral Home on Monday, July 12, 2021, from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. with her funeral to follow at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers please make a memorial contributions to the American Diabetes Association.
