Phillip M. Reider

Philip M. Reider of Vassar, MI passed away Monday morning April 22, 2024 at the age of 68.

Phillip was born on January 17, 1958, in Garden City, Michigan and was the son of Peter and Gertrude (Wentz) Reider. Phillip grew up in the Garden City-Detroit area and served in the United State Marines, On August 20, 1988, Phillip married Nanette Peake and they celebrated 35 years of marriage. Phillip worked for a private cable company as a technician and retired after 25 years of service. Phillip loved to build models of ships, and his family was his pride & joy.

Phillip leaves his wife, Nanette; two sons, Zachary and Nicholas; and a sister, Kathleen. He was preceded in death by his parents, Peter & Gertrude Reider.

In keeping with Phillip's wish cremation has taken place, a memorial gathering will be held later. When a time and date has been established it will be posted.
