Pamela Peplinski

October 27, 1959 — November 15, 2021

Pamela Sue Peplinski of Vassar, MI, passed away on November 11, 2021 surrounded by family after her battle with cancer.

Pam was born on October 27, 1959 to David and Betty Bradley in Saginaw, MI. After graduating from Vassar High School in 1977, she went on to study nursing at Delta College. Pam was a dedicated labor and delivery nurse for more than 30 years, helping so many new mothers to feel confident and cared for during their first moments of motherhood.

Pam and her long-time fiancé, Rod Blake, built a beautiful blended family and home together over the last 18 years. Pam was a fiercely dedicated mom to her children. She was their biggest cheerleader, constant supporter and always had their backs. Pam was a loyal and steadfast daughter and sister to her parents and brothers. She was the best grandmother to her two grandsons, traveling many times a year across the country to see them play sports. Family came first and was above all else to Pam, and she instilled that value in her children and grandchildren. Whether Pam was hosting a Bradley party, attending her kids or grandkids sporting events, or working to keep family traditions alive and fun, she was always the glue that kept the family together. The hole left by her absence is impossible to fill.

Pam was predeceased by her son Jacob Schlereth and her mother-in-law Barb Blake. She is survived by her fiancé, Rod Blake; her son Josh Peplinski and fiancé Amber Baldwin; her daughter Lydia Peplinski and boyfriend Drew Rigsby; her parents, Dave and Betty Bradley; her brother, Dave Bradley and her nephew Kendall Bradley; her brother and sister-in-law, Tom and Crystal Bradley and her niece Emilee Bradley; her daughter-in-law Margaret Arnold and son-in-law Tim Arnold; her grandsons Caleb Schlereth and Henry Arnold; her granddaughter Brooklyn Blake; and her many beloved Dubac family members.

In lieu of flowers, gifts can be made in memory of Pam Peplinski to the Auburn University Foundation for the SFC Jacob E. Schlereth Memorial Endowed Scholarship in the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering. Checks can be mailed to 1320 Shelby Center, Auburn University, AL 36849 Attn: Vicki Hudson.
