Mrs. Lidia Kujat

Mrs. Lidia (Oma) Kujat of Millington passed away at home early Friday evening November 2, 2012, Lidia was 96.

She was born in Kosanki Poland and was the daughter of Adolf & Olga (Erber) Kujat, and came to America from Germany in 1969. She work for ten years in Franknemuth at the Bavarian Inn, working many jobs in the restaurant. Lidia was a member of the Millington Church of God and actively attended when she was able.

Lidia leaves her son and daughter in-law Waldemar & Siegrid Kujat, five grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, one brother Alexander Kujat, and a sister Janette Hunker both still residing in Germany. Lidia is preceded in death by sister and 2 brothers.

Funeral services for Lidia were held on Thursday November 8, 2012 at the Millington Church of God. The burial followed at the Pine Grove Cemetery in Arbela Township Millington Michigan; Pastor Greg Capsule delivered the funeral message and the closing prayers at the cemetery.
