Mrs. Gloria Cooper

Mrs. Gloria J. (Fifield) Cooper of Millington passed away Monday January 7, 2013 while at the Tendercare Nursing Home in Frankenmuth MI, Gloria was 74.

Gloria was born in Flint Michigan on May 28, 1938 and was a the daughter of the late Earl & Wanda (Buxton) Fifield. For 16 plus years Gloria was employed with the Millington Public Schools as a Janitor, retiring in 1994.

Gloria leaves to cherish her memory her children, Gail Cooper, Retha Taylor, Richard Cooper, Paula & husband Frank Knickerbocker, Sharon & Husband Jim Brown, and Dave Cooper, grandchildren, Allan Taylor, Matthew, Brian, and Marcus Taylor, Richard, April, Cassey, Seth, Jason, Frank Knickerbocker Jr, Keith Knickerbocker, Joel, Brianna, Brandon, Justin, four great grandchildren, three brothers Dick, Harold, & Ron Fifield, as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family. Besides her parents Gloria is preceded in death by her husband Clarence,and several of her siblings

Funeral services were held at the Hanlin Funeral Home on Friday January 11, 2013. The burial followed at the Albert Township Cemetery in Lewiston, MI.
