Mrs. Evelyn Gregory

Mrs. Evelyn Gregory a child of God passed from our world into God's Kingdom on Thursday January 24, 2013 while at the Meadow Lodge Nursing Home in Milford MI, Evelyn was 93.

Born on January 3, 1920 in Braddock Pennsylvania Evelyn was the daughter of the late Otto & Anna (Sunderly) Lingertot. For 40 plus years Evelyn was employed with NBD-Bank and Trust as a manager. Evelyn has been a long time member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Milllington where she served her church and her Lord. Evelyn loved leading small Bible groups, taught Sunday school, sang in the Choir, helped organize the Christmas Bizarre, and loved doing crafts. In her spare time she loved reading, and would read several books in a week's time.

Evelyn leaves to cherish her memory, several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and other extended family. Evelyn is preceded in by her husband Robert, two sisters, and two brothers.

Funeral services for Evelyn where held at the St. Paul Lutheran Church on Monday January 28, 2013. Pastor Kirk Abatilli delivered the funeral message and the closing prayers at the cemetery. The burial followed at the Millington Twp. Cemetery.
