Mrs. Dorothy Crowl

June 14, 1914 — April 21, 2014

Dorothy was surrounded by her children when on Sunday April 20, 2014 the Gates of Heaven opened and received Dorothy Elizabeth Crowl. Dorothy was born on June 14, 1914 to Jesse & Celia (Denny) Woods of Frankfort IN. On October 12, of 1934 Dorothy married Raymond L. Crowl, and together she and Raymond celebrated 78 years of marriage before Raymond's passing in October of 2002. Dorothy was a member of the Watertown Bible Church for the past 47 years, where she loved to sing; Dorothy was a very accomplished Metzo Soprano. Dorothy will be missed by her loving family and her many loving friends.

Dorothy leaves; Everett Crowl of Big Fork MT, Jeannine Halley of Jackson FL, and Marjorie Miner of Fostoria MI, 29 grandchildren a brother, Richard Woods of Lawrenceville GA, as well as other extended family and many friends.

Service Information

A service to celebrate Dorothy's life will be held at 11:00 am Saturday April 26, 2014 at the Watertown Bible Church. The Reverend Jack Morning and Cliff Jordan will deliver the eulogy and closing prayers. A private burial will be held at a later date. Memorial Gifts of Remembrance can be directed to the church.
