Mrs. Darlene Spencer

Mrs. Darlene F. Spencer of Fostoria, Michigan passed away early Wednesday morning June 4, 2014 while at the Tender Care Nursing Home in Frankenmuth Michigan, Darlene was 85.

Born on the 6th of October of 1928 in Coal Ridge Montana Darlene was the daughter of the late Clarence and Matilda (Reber) Young. In July of 1945 Darlene married her husband William Spencer. Together Darlene and Bill celebrated 55 years of marriage before Bill's passing in 2000.

Darlene leaves her family; son William (Bill) & wife Pam Spencer, daughter Jeana & husband Terry Rosebush, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a sister Jean Sprague. Darlene leaves also nieces, nephews and other extended family. Besides her husband and parents Darlene is also preceded in death by a daughter Laura Susan Maxson, and a sister Yvonne.

Funeral services were held at the Hanlin Funeral Home on Saturday June 7, 2014. The burial followed at the Watertown Township Cemetery in Fostoria Michigan.
