Mrs. Beverly Miller

Mrs. Beverly J. (Allen) Miller of Vassar MI passed away early Thursday evening August 29, 2013 while at the Frankenmuth Lutheran Home in Frankenmuth, MI Beverly was 83.

A lifelong Vassar resident Beverly was born in Vassar on November 9, 1929 and was the daughter of the late Palmer & Leona (Reitenburg) Allen. On January 2, of 1947 Beverly married Jessie Willis Miller, and together she and Willis have celebrated 66 years of marriage.

Beverly leaves to cherish her memory, her husband Willis, children, David & Cheryl Miller, Frederick & Barbara Miller, Joan Kern, and Jim & Jill Miller, 14 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren. Beverly also leaves a brother Arnold Allen, and a sister Carol Sue Gardner, several nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends. Besides her parents Beverly is also preceded in death by a daughter Linda Mueller in 2000, and a great grandson.

The Miller family has honored Beverly's request and cremation has taken place. There will be a memorial celebration of her life on Tuesday September 3, 2013 at 11:00 am at the Millington Church of the Nazarene. Pastor Eric Slade will deliver the eulogy, memorial message and prayers. The Miller family will receive friends at the church on Tuesday beginning at 10:00 am.
