Mr. Claire Dye

Claire Edward Dye of Millington passed away Friday evening December 24, 2010 while at the Fisher Senior Rehab Center in Mayville Michigan, Claire was 96.

Claire E. Dye was born in Jackson Michigan on February 25, 1914 and was the son of Ernest & Lillian (Haley) Dye. Claire served our country during WW II in the US Army. He retired after many years with General Motors. On December 19, 1994 Claire married his wife of 16 years Sarah (Arndt) Batrow.

Claire leaves his wife Sarah, several friends, and extended family. In keeping with his wishes cremation has taken place, and his ashes will be interred in the Millington twp. Cemetery. There will be no further services. Hanlin Funeral Home has been assisting with the arrangements.
