Mr. Charles Jackson (Jack) Miller of Millington, Michigan formerly of the Oakland County area passed away late Thursday evening March 3, 2016 at the Covenant Health Care Center Cooper Campus in Saginaw Michigan, Jack was 69.
Jack was born in Harland, Kentucky on September 6, 1946 and was the son of Walter and Fanny (Owens) Miller. Jack served our country in the US-Army during the Vietnam War. On May 6, 2004 Jack married Denice Greenan-Finkbeiner, and together they have celebrated thirteen years of marriage. He has been a Millington area resident for many years. Jack loved visiting with people, and making a new friends. His smile was huge as was his heart. He’ll be missed but his smile, his friendship and kind words will be forever remembered, and Jack will be “Forever in Our Hearts”.
Jack leaves his wife Denise. He leaves also his mother Mrs. Fanny Miller, two brothers and sisters in-law; David and Carole Miller, and W. Gary and Bonnie Miller. Special nieces and nephews; Brian Miller, Monica and David Rendon, Jason and Jennifer Miller, Melanie and Edwardo Aranda. Also surviving is a step-son Matthew Greenan and Sarah, step-daughter Bridgett Greenan and Tyler, and special grandson Brody. Jack leaves also other great and great-great nieces, nephews, and other extended family. Jack is preceded in death by his father Walter, and two children; a son Paul, and a daughter Janine.
The family has honored Jacks wish, and cremation has taken place his urn will be placed to rest at the Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holy Michigan at a later date. Jack's family will receive friends at the Hanlin Funeral Home on Tuesday beginning at 3:00 pm. The family would like to invite you to join them for a time of celebrating Jack’s life on Tuesday March 8, 2016 at 5:00 pm at the Hanlin Funeral Home. Memorial gifts of remembrance can be directed to the family for a memorial to be established at a later time.
