Linda Colosky

Linda Colosky passed away February 5, 2021, surrounded by loving family. She was 73.

Linda was born on February 9, 1947, to the late Harvey and late Dorothy Hawkins. Linda graduated high school and married Frederick Colosky on June 19, 1965. Together they celebrated 55 years of marriage and their two children. She was active in the Vassar Church of Nazarene. Linda had many hobbies, including shopping and gardening, or anything with the outdoors. Above all, Linda loved spending time with her family.

Linda leaves to cherish in her memory her husband, Frederick; two children: Anna (Scott) Jensen, and Fred Colosky; her seven grandchildren: Nikolas (Kayla), Jacob (Chelsea), Kenny, Kevin, Kris, Elizabeth, and Sage: four great-grandchildren: Daxton, Lukas, Royal, and Violet; her sisters: Kathleen Sampson, Sharon Shirkey, and Dorothy Stanley. As well as many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.  Besides her parents, Linda is preceded in death by her brothers-in-law, Eugene Sampson and Calvin Shirkey, as well as her nephew Todd Shirkey.

A celebration  of Linda's life will be held on June 5th, 2021 at 1:00 pm. The celebration will be held at the Vassar Nazarene Church Pavilion. The church is locate at 3822 W. Saginaw Road Vassar, MI 48768.
