Lavern Roy Wilson, age 81, of Millington Michigan, born October 15, 1941, was called home to be with the Lord, Saturday, July 8, 2023.

Lavern was preceded in death by his mother Christina Wilson, Father George Wilson, brothers Dale and Leroy Wilson, and Grandson Mathew Alan Todd.

Lavern is survived by his wife (his sweetie) Martha Wilson, his children Thresa (David) Neeley, Wesley (Kathy) Wilson, Jeanette (Rufus) Rhymer, Paula Wilson, and brother George Wilson Jr.

Grandchildren Amanda (Jason), Kayla, Justin, Ryan, Andrea (Keegan), Clay, Rebecca. Great grandchildren Hayden, Parker, Kinsley, Haven.

Lavern was a simple man. He enjoyed his family, hunting and fishing, his bike, playing aggravation, bowling, fireworks, trees, flowers, babies and all animals.

Planned is a simple private ceremony with immediate family, per Lavern's wishes.
