Kayla Gager

Kayla Rose Gager passed away on Monday February 10, 2020. She was 18.

Kayla was born on April 2, 2001 to Mike and Trishia Gager. Kayla attended Millington High School and graduated from Lakeville High School in 2019. In high school she was proudly in Honors Choir, and on the bowling team where she received most improved her first year and then went on to be the captain. Kayla was attending Mott Community College where she also participated in choir. Kayla enjoyed spending time with her boyfriend Chance who loved spoiling her as well as spending time with his family. She also loved doing different crafts for her friends and family. She had many friends and enjoyed doing things with them. She worked for the Citco gas station as a clerk in Clio but is now known as Conlees Gas Station. Kayla also loved her dear cat munchy. Kayla’s loving and bubbly personality will be missed so very deeply by so many.

Our precious angel was able to help others during this difficult time by donating her organs to those who needed them, and we are so honored and take comfort in knowing she was able to help people.

Kayla will forever be loved by her parents: Michael and Trishia Gager. Her four brothers and sisters: Trista St. Clair, Hawk St. Clair, Joseph Kingman, and Hope Gager. Her grandparents: Shelly Kingman, Teena Gager, and Tim & Deb Gager. Her great-grandmother Norma Jean Anselmin. Her loving boyfriend Chance McGaha. As well as nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. Kayla is preceded in death by her great-grandparents.

The family would like to invite family and friends to Hanlin Funeral Home for visitation on Friday February 14, 2020 from 2:00pm to 8:00pm. The funeral will be Saturday February 15, 2020 at Millington Church of God at 2:00pm with a time of visiting before starting at 1:00pm. Memorial gifts of remembrance can be directed to the family. Following the funeral there will be a dinner at the Arbela Township Hall 8935 Birch Run Rd. Millington, Mi 48746.
