Judy A. Seifert

Judith “Judy” Ann Seifert, age 76, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at Wellbridge of Grand Blanc.

Judy was born on November 9, 1947, in Hamtramck, Michigan, to John & Lucille (nee Kuhn) Seifert. Judy graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in anthropology. Her career as a journalist included: editor for the Williams News in Williams, Arizona; founder & editor of the Millington News; and writer for the Tuscola County Advertiser, and Flint Journal. Further, Judy served one term with the Millington Village Council. Also, Judy was an avid fan of the Detroit Tigers. She will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Larry; son, Chris; sister, Donna Jankowski; as well as nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, John & Lucille Seifert.

Private services have been held.
