Mr. Glen A. Chatters Sr. longtime Millington resident passed from our world into God's Kingdom Monday evening October 29, 2012 while at the U of M Medical Center in Ann Arbor Michigan, Glen was 63.
Glen was the son of the Arthur Gene & Sally (Zink) Chatters and was born in Flint, Michigan on August 5, 1949. He was a graduate of Millington High School, and on April 2, 1982 he married his wife of 30 year Kathleen (Kathy) Percy. Glen was retired from General Motors, retiring in 1989 out of the Buick Motor division, but had started with General Motors at the Fisher Body division. Glen loved to fish, spending time with family and friends, but his passion was spending time with his baby his loving dog Jolene, Glen was also actively attending the Millington Baptist Church.
Glen leaves to cherish his memory; wife Kathy, five children, Tamie & Scott Haught, Glen & Lynette Chatters Jr., Christine Spudowski & friend Mike Kosha, Rachel Mardlin, and Andrew & Kristina Chatters, 16 grandchildren, 4-great grandchildren, his mother Mrs. Sally Chatters, his loving dog Jolene Baby, also two sisters, Teresa & husband Gary Henry, and Kay Skinner. Glen also leaves nieces, nephews, other extended family and many friends. Glen is preceded in death by his father Gene in July of `1997.

Funeral services were held Saturday Nov. 3, 2012 at the Hanlin Funeral Home. The burial followed at the Millington Twp. Cemetery. Pastor Ken Hoard delivered the funeral message and the closing prayers at the cemetery.
