Floyd B. Diener, of Rogers, Arkansas, formerly of Flint, Michigan, passed away Monday, January 25, 2021 at the age of 94.
Floyd was born on October 26, 1926 in Vassar, Michigan and was the son of Rudolph and Lena (Dennis) Diener. Floyd served in the U.S. Army during WWII, and retired from General Motors-Chevrolet after 30 years. He was a loyal member of American Legion, Oakley Traynor Post 64 in Flint, Michigan.
Floyd is survived by his wife of 54 years, Martha (McLeish); sons, Michael and wife Mary Ann of Burton, Michigan, Patrick and wife Kaori of Flint, Michigan; daughter-in-law Laurie of Flint, Michigan; daughters Amy Prince and fiancé Shane Coles of Little Flock, Arkansas, Bekki Robbins and husband Charlie of Springdale, Arkansas; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Besides his father and mother and siblings, Floyd is preceded in death by his son, Timothy Diener.
The family will have a graveside service on Wednesday, February 3rd, 2021 at 11:00 am at the Millington Township Cemetery in Millington. Friends and neighbors are welcome to attend. You’re welcome to express condolences, share a memory, or light a candle at hanlinfuneralhome.com
