Euletta Hallwood

Mrs. Euletta (Chris) Hallwood of Clio, and Millington MI passed away Tuesday afternoon February 23, 2021 with family at her side, at the age of 84.

Euletta was born in Old Hickory, Arkansas on February 1, 1937 and was the daughter of the late William and Lela Golden. Euletta moved to Flint, Michigan at the age of 9. On March, 27, 1965, she married Barry Hallwood and he has preceded her in death. Chris was a member of East Arbela Church of Christ and LOVED cats.

Euletta leaves her children; daughter Debra K. Allen that has preceded her in death, and a son Rick A. Blanchard. She also leaves nine grandchildren; Lisa Kibby, Gary Kibby, Sonda Kibby, John Kibby, Kristy Rinock, Mindi Cease, Austin Blanchard, Richard Jordan, and Nick Allen, 24 great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren. She also leaves a brother Clifford H. Golden, several nieces, nephews, and other extended family. Besides her parents and husband, Euletta is also preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
In keeping with Euletta’s request cremation has taken place. At this time there are no further services planned.

A private urn burial will take place later in the spring. Hanlin Funeral Home has been assisting the Hallwood family with arrangements.
