Mr. Clyde E. Pletcher of Millington, Michigan passed away Friday April 16, 2021 at the age of 78.

Clyde was the son of the late Bernis & Golda (Criswell) Pletcher and was born on Sept. 18, 1942 in Ortonville, Michigan. Growing up in Millington, Clyde graduated from Millington High School class of 1960. After high school he served our country during Vietnam in the US-Airforce from 1961 to 1964. On September 11, 1965 Clyde married Miss Judy Wiacek, and together they have celebrated 55 years of marriage. Clyde retired in 2000 after 27 ½ years with the Carpenters Union Local 706. Clyde had a love for horses, he served for 40 years as the 4-H Horse Leader for Tuscola County, he was member of the Buck Skin Horse Assoc. of Michigan, International Buck Skin Horse Assoc., American Buck Skin Horse Assoc., and the Quarter Horse Assoc. of Michigan.
Clyde leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Judy. He also leaves four children. Bernie (Mike) Pletcher, Tracey (David) Schwab, Barb (Pat Morgan) Harris, and Kathy (Scott) Kirby, 14 grandchildren, and a great-grandson. Clyde also leaves a foster brother Robert Ames and a special friend Tim, several nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Besides his parents Clyde is also preceded in death by his siblings.
