Christine Peters

Mrs. Christene B. Peters of Millington passed away early Tuesday evening April 24, 2012 while at the McLaren Medical Center in Flint, Christene was 58.

Christene was born on February 17, 1954 in Flint Michigan and was the daughter of the late James & Roberta (Barlow) Smith. On May 1, 0f 1982 Christene married her husband James Peters.Together James and Christene have celebrated 30 wonderful years.

Christene leaves her husband James, three children, Jeffrey Blasdale, James Peters, and Jason and Amy Cooper, seven grandchildren, three brothers, Terry, David, and Todd Smith, and several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

James and the family have honored Christene's request and cremation has taken place. A memorial service was held Tuesday May 1, 2012 at the Hanlin Funeral Home in Millington.
