He was an avid Millington Cardinal fan, every Friday night on the sidelines of the grid-iron hollering at the referee’s “To Much Time” or setting in the gym bleachers hollering “The Middles Open” or “He’s been doing that all-night ref. “His smile and friendship will be greatly missed, as he walked around town everyday meeting and greeting friends and neighbors of Millington. Debbie and Family,
I'm so sorry I was unable to attend the funeral of Dave. I will always remember seeing him at coffee and doughnuts at church. He could sure light up the room and will be missed. Both of you have been such a great addition to our church family and I'm so glad you decided to join. Please know that we are all here for you at St. Francis. You will continue to be in our prayers.

What a great guy! He always had a twinkle in his eye and happiness lit up his face! You didn't have to guess that he was proud of his family and community, because he talked about them! You knew that he cared, because he inquired! He made you wear a smile because he had a smile (and was just plain feisty and fun)! I'm grateful to have known him, lived in his same small town and will miss him (and his daily nickname hollering at work) dearly! Prayers to Deb and fam.
